We work on a variety of projects connecting theatre, health and wellbeing, provide opportunities to build confidence and develop skills, and ensure there are opportunities for anyone to participate in theatre activities and enjoy theatre in Wales. ASHTAR Theatre x Theatr Cymru
As part of a project between Ashtar Theatre and Theatr Cymru, creative participants aged 16 – 25 from Palestine and Wales are taking part in a new cross-cultural project.

Pair A project that brought freelance creatives in the arts sector together to co-create original work, with support from S4C.

Idea Development Bursary A scheme that gave artists identifying with specific characteristics that have been under-represented in our work, an opportunity to develop an idea for a new play or theatre production with the support of the company.

Artist and Community Bursary The Artist and Community Bursaries were offered to 5 artists to enable them to work creatively with a specific community and give people in that community the opportunity to experience the transformative impact of creativity on their lives.
