We’re looking for a Participation Coordinator to join Theatr Cymru for one year from September 2025. Participation is an all-important aspect of the company’s work and we’re so proud of the wide range of opportunities that we offer for people to get involved in the arts.
As Participation Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be part of the planning process for our 2026 participation programme as well as coordinating and facilitating the programme of activities for 2025. Collaboration and relationship building are very important within this role and you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of partners and participants, and to make new connections.
Salary: £32,887
Period: One year from 1 September 2025
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
