We are excited to present Osian Davies as our Young Playwright in Residence for 2023 after he won the Drama Medal title at the Urdd Eisteddfod, 2022.

As a national cultural organisation, we have a responsibility to work more sustainably, to reduce our carbon footprint and to initiate and facilitate conversations and ideas which address the climate crisis and its impact on life in Wales and the world today.

Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru is the Welsh language national theatre company. The Welsh language is central to everything we do as a company, and promoting and developing the arts through the medium of Welsh is our main objective as a charity.

In many of our performances, Sibrwd – our language access app – will be available to guide you through the play, whatever your level of fluency in Welsh.
