Pryd Mae'r Haf?

Does growing up mean growing apart?

Pryd Mae’r Haf?

A Criw Brwd and Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru production in association with The Other Room and Theatr Soar

Luke and Christie are best mates who like to go camping, drink lager and talk about Julie Bridges.

But when they leave school and a long summer lies ahead, will Luke, Christie and Julie go their separate ways? Does growing up mean growing apart?

In a new Welsh-language translation set in the south Wales valleys in 1989, this is a touching play about friendship and the hopes and fears of young people.

Sibrwd – our language access app – was available at each performance.

Due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) emergency, along with our co-producers and partners, Criw Brwd, and Theatr Soar and The Other Room, we had to cancel the proposed national tour from 21 April – 8 May 2020. The tour was arranged to visit the following venues: Ffwrnes (Llanelli); Canolfan Garth Olwg (Church Village); Pontio (Bangor); Theatr Twm o’r Nant (Denbigh); Riverfront (Newport); Canolfan S4C Yr Egin (Carmarthen); Theatr Mwldan (Cardigan); Aberystwyth Arts Centre; Galeri (Caernarfon).
