Angharad and Steffan listed in The Stage 100
We’re starting 2024 with the news that Angharad Jones Leefe and Steffan Donnelly – our Joint Chief Executives – have been included in The Stage 100 as two of the most influential people in theatre.
Now in its 27th year, The Stage 100 is a definitive list of the most influential people in the UK theatre and performing arts industry. It focuses on achievements in the past 12 months and, in Angharad and Steffan’s entry, The Stage noted that “the pair are passionate about Welsh language culture, and the company’s admirable output throughout 2023 showed them putting that into action.”
Recently, Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru have also been nominated by The Stage as Producer of the Year. The winner will be announced at an award ceremony on 29 January 2024. More information about this nomination can be found here.
